Privacy Collection Notice: Castle and webinar sign-ups

SMSF Strategist Pty Ltd (ABN 58 677 939 301), 3 Dunks Street, Parkside SA 5063 (“we”) collects your name and email address when you sign up for The Castle.

Why we collect it: to add you to The Castle, send you the webinar joining details and any replay link, and, if you tick the Castle box, to send Grant’s monthly webinar emails and news of paid memberships, courses and consults he offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

If you don’t give us your details we can’t add you to The Castle or send you the webinar details.

Recording: This session will be recorded. A replay will be made available to Castle members for 30 days. The recording may include your name, voice and questions if you use the chat or microphone. Leave your camera and microphone off if you’d rather not appear. If you don’t want your question recorded, email it to grant@grantabbott.com instead.

Access, correction and complaints: you can ask to see or correct your details, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing grant@grantabbott.com (we’ll respond within 30 days). If you’re not satisfied you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

We keep your details for as long as you’re a Castle member or as needed for the webinar, then delete or de-identify them. We keep them for 24 months after your last activity or unsubscribe.
